HOW DO I DECIDE MY SIZE?
Please refer to our size chart for picking your right size or mention your personal measurements ad preferences while placing the order. We strive to achieve the best fitting for your individual body shape and type.
DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE?
All patrons placing custom orders are encouraged to visit our studio for providing their measurements and doing in person trials. Our team is fully vaccinated and all necessary precautions are followed within the premises. Visitation to the studio is on appointment basis only.

HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES IN MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, you can request changes in the size and fit by contacting us on e-mail or What’sApp with your invoice attached.
WHAT MODES OF PAYMENT DO YOU OFFER?
All major credit/debit cards and other forms of payments are accepted via Razorpay for orders within India and PayPal for international orders.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If the order has been pre-paid, only certain amount will be deducted on cancellation depending on the stage of process it is in. If your order has not been paid for, you can cancel anytime before delivery. Once delivery is attempted, we do not accept returns.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
We currently do not offer exchanges or returns. All merchandise subject to a return or exchange will be issued solely under our discretion. We reserve the right to accept or deny any request of an exchange or a request depending on the circumstances present. If you are eligible for a return/exchange, all merchandise must be returned with its original tags and package. For hygiene reasons we require that it is unworn. Returns or exchanges should be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE OF CUSTOM ORDERS?
Once you get in touch with our team, we will discuss your vision, style, budget and finalise a design with you. Depending on the design, we will finalise the timeline and price and start processing your order once 50% of the payment is received. We fully customise according to your measurements and requirements and always leave room for alterations. The final delivery will be attempted upon receiving the pending payment.
HOW DOES UP-CYCLING WORK?
Taking a step towards sustainability, we request and encourage our clients to send their old denims to be customised per their preference. We customise according to the design and artwork you are seeking with varying surfaces. We will pick the garment from your place and deliver it back once your order is completed. Prices will depend on the artwork and design decided. After receiving the piece, the processing will take 7-10 business days. Full payment has to be paid in advance before dispatching the order.
